Barossa Connect ("we", "us", "our") operates an on-demand delivery service in South Australia, providing delivery of groceries, medicines, gift parcels, documents and other items, and arranging bookings for businesses to serve their customers through our platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use our service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise handle personal information in the course of our business.

2. What is personal information?

D. Sensitive Information

Occasionally we may collect sensitive information (for example if you request a medicine delivery and we collect health-related data) - only if necessary and with your explicit consent.

We will only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities.

5. How we use and disclose personal information

We implement suitable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes encryption, secure server configurations, and access controls. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
