Barossa Connect ("we", "us", "our") operates an on-demand delivery service in South Australia, providing delivery of groceries, medicines, gift parcels, documents and other items, and arranging bookings for businesses to serve their customers through our platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use our service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise handle personal information in the course of our business.

If you are a business using our platform, we may collect your business name, contact details, and the details of your customers (with their consent) to facilitate bookings. We will ensure that we only handle customer information as directed by you, the business.
We may engage third-party drivers/agents to fulfil orders. We will disclose to them the relevant delivery information (name/address/contact) needed to complete the delivery, and ensure they handle the information securely and only for the purpose of the delivery.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and include the "Last updated" date. If we make major changes, we may notify customers via email or other means. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
